Our Fees

Fees should be paid in advance and are payable even if your child is away from the Pre-School; (unless they are in hospital), as our running costs remain constant regardless of the number of children attending. Invoices will be sent via Tapestry.

Session prices are £20.00 (from September 2025) for those children attending sessions which are not covered by government grant funding.

Consumables are charged at 50p per session, this is not a mandatory cost. If you wish to not pay you will need to provide certain items, please see consumables breakdown letter in the policy section. Children in receipt of pupil premium are exempt from consumable fees unless you wish to contribute.

Termination
The parent will agree to give 4 weeks notice in writing if the place is no longer required and will pay all outstanding fees.

Late pick up charge
The pre-school have the right to charge parents for the late pick up of a child. £5 will be charged for every 5 minutes that you are late.
