Manager & Safeguarding Lead
Hi my name is Gill.
I have worked in childcare for just over 30 years, 18 years previously with Courtney Ladybirds of which 5 years as Manager, before leaving to work in private Day Nurseries and returning to Ladybirds in June 2018.
I really enjoy my job and feel like I have come home.
I am married and have 2 children and 5 grandchildren.
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading, socialising and going on holidays.
Anne
Deputy Manager, Early Years Practitioner and 1:1 Support
Hi, my name is Anne, I have been working at Courtney Ladybirds since February 2018. I have been in childcare for over 15 years and am qualified to Level 3. I also have experience of working with children on
a 1:1 basis and have some experience in SEND and managerial roles.
I have 3 children and enjoy playing football, reading and being outdoors taking our dog for long walks!

Early years Practitioner and Safeguarding Lead
Hello, my name is Lucy and I have worked at ladybirds since June 2014.
I am NNEB qualified and have worked with children for nearly 20 years and love having fun with them and watching them learn.
Outside of pre-school I like to do days out with my husband and little boy.
Stacey
Early Years Practitioner, Special Educational Needs Co-Ordinator
I’m Stacey and I’ve been working at Courtney Ladybirds since April 2012, but have been working in childcare settings for over 21 years.
I have a teenage daughter and a son who has autism, he is the reason I became SENCO, I have a passion for helping children with additional needs and their families. Through my experience I am able to relate to those families and direct them to help and support that I have personally tried and tested.

Hello, my name is Nicola and I have been in childcare for over 35
years now.
I love my job, providing opportunities and activities that help children learn life skills that will support them into adulthood. It is such a privilege to watch them grow!

Hi my name is Sarah and I have been working at Ladybirds since October 2018.
I have 4 children, 2 at secondary school and 2 at primary school.
I spend my spare time with the children, walking my dog and enjoy camping holidays.

1:1 Support and Trainee Early Years Practitioner
Hello my name is Tabitha and i am from Kenya. I am married and have 2 children. I have been working with children for 15 years. I'm glad to join the courtney family and honoured to have the opportunity to work with children in a different set up than I'm used to. I'm excited to learn more!
